Research Results from top Preformers
Our information today is based on research not theory (we combined the Gallop institute study of 80,000 managers and one million employees), focused on how employee opinion affects productivity, and the Wynn Solutions study of 5000 leaders in 323 organizations and 21 industries and determined what the most successful had in common. All programs include the “beyond-best” practices from Wynn Solutions’ five-year survey of top performers:
- They explain the value of their service clearly in about 20 seconds.
